- The practitioners we contract with are high quality men and women who are insured, certified and carefully screened by our On the Spot Massage team for great massage skills, personability and professionalism.
- Shiatsu and acupressure styles of massage focusing on energy restoration and circulation of chi vital energy flow light clothing worn.
- Swedish massage an oil based massage to relax muscles and nervous system that uses long medium pressure.
- Thai massage similar to acupressure and includes many stretches to help bring flexibility and circulation to the body, light clothing worn.
- Deep tissue focusing on targeted muscle tension working rather deeply and with oil or lotion.
- We suggest planning your massage as you might do in other areas of your busy life: at least 2 or 3 days ahead of time to secure the session time of you choice.
ALL APPONTMENTS FOR ALL MASSAGE TIME SLOTS MUST BE SCHEDULED BY FRIDAY NOON TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT.

All appointment times are listed on the schedule and appointments will only be taken through online scheduling and payment.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your appointment is scheduled so you can fill out the required intake form letting the practitioner know if you have any injuries or medical conditions.
- The massage is not a replacement for medical treatment or medical care, and the practitioners do not diagnose illnesses or conditions or prescribe or dispense medicines of any nature be they natural or allopathic products.
We require that you fill out an intake form. We need this information so the practitioner is aware of and can adjust to any conditions that you may let them know about and in some cases may advise against a massage such as advanced pregnancy of 7 months or more, certain cancers, skin conditions or contagious infections or any other conditions be they short or long term. The practitioner reserves the rights to decline massage services if deemed questionable to your and their well being.
- Light clothing may be worn (cotton t-shirt and cotton sweat pants or yoga type pants as well as clean socks if your feet are often cold) for the massage styles listed saying light clothing worn and no clothing for styles that are oil or lotion specific. You may wish to bring a robe to change into after your massage etc.
- The massage practitioners are expected to uphold impeccable standards in their conduct towards the customers they serve and we expect the same from the customers who they are serving. Comments or insinuations of a sexual nature will be grounds for stopping the massage immediately, being asked to leave and filling a report with the courtesy desk.
- Customers must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult with written permission to receive services.
- We ask that you turn off your cell phone.
- 48 hours or less no refund, 20-30 minutes late for the massage will result in a missed appointment with no refund.
