  We call our practitioners Spotniks, and they are special people. Spotniks are California Certified Massage Practitioners with chair massage experience. Spotniks share our passion for the benefits of chair massage, and our mission to relax the world, one chair massage at a time. Spotniks are outgoing, friendly and self-motivated. They’re punctual, have reliable transportation and a cell phone, a professional presentation, a warm and likeable personality, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Confidence about their skills and themselves are key ingredients for success. Spotniks come from different styles of massage, including Swedish, Shiatsu and other modalities. Often, they are experienced massage practitioners who are now students in acupuncture, acupressure and Tui Na, and are supplementing their income while in school. Some Spotniks focus just on chair massage at our locations or for our corporate chair massage clients. Others have busy private table massage practices, and rent just a shift or two a week to meet new clients and build their practice.
